PawKita Davao is a community-driven platform that helps reunite lost pets with their owners in Davao City. Our services include:

• Posting and browsing lost pet cases
• Reporting pet sightings
• In-app messaging between users
• Map-based case visualization
• Notification services for case updates

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account using Google or Facebook authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must promptly update your information if it changes.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

By posting content on the Platform (including pet photos and case information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

5.2 Platform Content

All content provided by the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PawKita Davao and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Safety and Liability

6.1 User Safety

When meeting other users to retrieve or return a pet, please:

• Meet in public, well-lit areas
• Bring a friend or family member if possible
• Inform someone of your meeting details
• Trust your instincts and leave if you feel unsafe

6.2 Limitation of Liability

PawKita Davao is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee successful pet reunions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, remove, or take any action we deem necessary with respect to any content posted on the Platform. This includes cases that violate these terms or that we determine to be inappropriate for any reason.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Changes to Terms
